While not a great film, there are good performances and thought provoking political/religious issues presented. Don Cheadle is the right actor for this kind of role. Not your typical summer action film, but it will provide some rewards for more discerning audiences.

It was a little slow, but I enjoyed the suspense, intrique and GREAT performance by Don Cheadle. He was a great cast for this movie.

I loved this movie; very action packed and something I havent seen for a while. I thought it would compare to The Fast and The Furious, but nothing close. It has some pretty gory parts in some scenes and makes me wonder if they will make a second film. I loved the Australian accent.

It's NASCAR on steroids. It is a simple story with a predictable outcome yet the action and car scenes certainly make up for the weak script.

I highly anticipated this movie, and it met all my expectations. The movie is a non-stop adrenaline rush topped off by a steely performance from Joan Allen. Ian McShane puts in a suprisingly endearing performance as "Coach" to round out Jason Statham's role as a wrongly imprisoned "everyman." If you are an action junkie, this is the movie for you!

This movie wasn't as funny as I expected it to be. The beginning had a couple funny parts, but the rest became a little boring to me. I felt as if the actors were trying to hard as far as playing a kid role.

I was disappointed in Step Brothers. I expected it to be way funnier. There is a lot of swearing in the movie. It's rated "R" so kind of expected something. But, you can still make funny without a lot of swearing.

Don't waste your money on Step Brothers at the theatre. You would save alot of money just by renting the video and seeing it at home. The movie was ok, but really not the best in the world. It reminds me of a Monty Python movie.

This was amazing! Heath Ledger definitely gave an Oscar-worthy performance. Unforgettable.

The Dark Knight was fantastic. It was action packed and it was a revelation. The film was a comic book with a touch of realism. Heath Ledger is amazing; The Joker is the way he was in the comic books. He was funny, scary and pyschotic. Christian bale still makes a great Batman. Go see the film. There were a few surprises that were not expected. I will see it again.

This is by far one of the best movies I have seen. Everything was so thought out and there was action from start to finish. The special effects were great and the story and plot were excellent. This is a must see. I think this movie will be hard to top.

My husband and I went to see The Dark Knight this past weekend and teeter-tottered on whether our 10 year old daughter could see it. The three of us went to the show and WOW…I must admit that this is the best Batman movie to date. I would highly recommend EVERYONE see this action packed movie. It was a little dark as the reviews have shown, however, what an awesome performance Heath Ledger portrayed as the Joker. I thought that Jack Nicholson was the best, however, I don't think Jack can hold a candle to Heath Ledger's portrayal. I would recommend this film to all…young & old.

The Dark Knight is the most evolved Batman movie to date. Heath Ledger as the Joker was stellar. The movie was action-filled and beautifully directed.

I've never been a big fan of comic book heros and remakes of old movies, but I must say I LOVED this movie. The graphics are amazing and even though it was eerie that Heath Ledger was the Joker, he did a great job portraying a creepy criminal! I would recommend spending the money to catch this flick at the theaters!

Mamma Mia! Viewer Reviews
Mamma Mia!

I loved it! It was a fun, light-hearted romp through some of the ABBA greats. All my favorite songs were in it. It was a little hard to take a singing Pierce Brosnan seriously, I mean, this is Remington Steele we're talking about! Not to mention James Bond. But Meryl Streep was phenomenal!

I was really looking forward to seeing this new Hollywood musical. I had never seen the play, but am a big fan of ABBA's bouncy happy music. I have to say I was a bit disappionted. The performances were very uneven, and the actors singing ability ranged from quite good (Meryl Streep and Christine Baranski) to painful, namely Pierce Brosnan, in an awkward, stiff performance. I thought many of the roles were badly miscast and the direction was over the top. The two young leads playing Sophia and Sky were refreshing and a breath of fresh air. One of the best reasons to see this film is a character not listed in the credits, namely, the gorgeous Greek island.

Overall, you might be better served seeing a good production of the play or just breaking out your old ABBA CDs and singing along. For some good recent musicals, try Hairspray or Sweeney Todd instead… two better productions. And Johnny Depp and John Travolta can sing.

What fun!! Though a little campy at times, I thoroughly enjoyed this film. Meryl Streep was worth the price of admission. Julie Waters and Christine Baranski were amazing as were Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgaard, and Dominic Cooper. Amanda Seyfried has an incredible voice and great chemistry with Meryl Streep. I would encourage all women between 40 and 60 to goe see this movie with your best friend. I laughed, cried and had an overall great time.

Wow!!! Where to begin? Mamma Mia was one of the greatest movie-musicals I have ever seen! I wanted to just get up and dance in the theatre, but I had to hold myself back. All the actors were great and the director picked the best actors for this movie. It couldn't have been better. The music, the dancing and the view were terrific. The movie made me leave the theatre feeling happy and energetic, and I needed that. In fact, I went to see it three times already and probably will again. Bravo, bravo.

It's amazing, incredible, fabulous!!! I LOVED IT!! I was having a bad day Saturday and needed to pick myself up, so I went and saw it by myself. I can't wait to buy it. I've already downloaded the soundtrack to my iPod. Love the story. Loved Meryl and Pierce, loved the music, loved every character. None of them are great singers — except the daughter — but that made it more believeable for me. It's really GREAT! You have to go see it before it's not at the theaters anymore.

It is definately a movie for a woman. (My husband was the only guy in the whole theatre.) It goes over every emotion that a typical woman feels. But, mostly it is a very upbeat happy movie. You'll leave in a great, uplifted mood!

Steve Carell at his best. It reminded me a little of The Office. Very good, funny, ridiculous and good action/adventure. The was one of my favorite comedies this year. The storyline was well thought out. Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway were a great spy team together. I highly suggest this movie to anyone who wants some really funny humor. We just enjoyed the story!

Speed Racer

This was an entertaining film. It was not what I was expecting going into it. I am used to the cartoon version from when I was a kid. But I enjoyed the action/adventure story they developed. They used some old and new ideas of their own. Emile Hirsch did really well acting. It's entertaining for adults and kids; no foul language or bad violence. It's a very good movie to see on the big screen. The special effects blew me away in some of the races the Mach 5 (Emile Hirsch's car) raced in. Its not a typical race movie. Lots more to the story, with very unpredictable scenes.

Mike Myers finally returns to the big screen in 5 years not counting the Shrek movies. However, his return is not as wonderful as I would have hoped. Most of the jokes in this movie were not as well as one would have expected. Sure, some of the jokes were really funny, but most of the time you were waiting for the joke. It was good movie and I personally love crude humor, but not all have as much patience for that style of comedy as I do. All in all, I liked this movie but would not recommend this for everyone. I love Mike Myers and hope he continues in the direction he's going!

This was a lot better than any of M. Night Shyamalan's previous films. I liked where he was going with the story. I was just a little disappointed with Mark Whalberg's acting, along with with John Leguizamo. They are really good actors. It just felt forced when they spoke their parts in the movie. I loved the suspense and thrils. It was a little disturbing at times, but kept you on your seat wanting more and more. The middle will keep you going and as it all unfolds, you will have your mind guessing around the clock. Very scary, but very good film.

What a creepy, disturbing and thought-provoking film. It is M. Night Shyamalan's best film since The Sixth Sense and Signs. You will not look at plants and the wind the same again. The cast is good and Betty Buckley as a creepy hermit is amazing. Go see the film.

The Incredible Hulk

This was an awesome movie!! I could not believe how big of an improvement this action-thriller was to The Hulk. I was jumping out of my seat and on edge. Lots of suspense. Marvel has once again done it!! I loved watching Edward Norton play the part of Bruce Banner aka The Hulk. The beginning, middle and ending were really intense for any of the Marvel movies I have seen. This is a must see. I enjoyed watching how detailed they made the Hulk look on the big screen and his arch enemy the Abomination. Great story!! Must see on the big screen!!

I thought the movie was excellent. I would recommend this movie to everyone. This is a well rounded movie that contained action, romance, suspense and comedy. The Hulk explores other parts of the world for those that have never been to places like Brazil. The graphics in the design of the Hulk is incredible. You can take your family and you get your money's worth.

The newest The Incredible Hulk is the best Hulk movie so far. The movie a couple years ago just didn't quite make it. Edward Norton is very believable as the not so macho Banner who transforms into Hulk. There are more believable references to having to have baggy & elasticized pants (how could Lou Ferrigno ever have fit into Bill Bixby's snug jeans?). Loved the Stan Lee, Lou Ferrigno & even Bill Bixby ("The Courtship of Eddie's Father" rerun) cameos. The setting in Brazil was good also to show the poverty of the area for those of you who think you have it rough. All in all a very good movie.

The Incredible Hulk is better the first Hulk film. This is more like the TV series and the comic book character. Edward Norton and Tim Roth make good adversaries. The story is good, lots of action and a few surprises too.

I went expecting good things out of this one, because of a new director for this installment. The Incredible Hulk was a not-so-complex story which is good for the younger viewers. It could have had less violence in it due to the rating the movie was given. The Hulk, when given computer enhancement is beyond big. He is SUPER SIZE. It becomes ridiculously unbelievable throughout the flick. The cinematography was good at times, but doesn't stack up to Batman & Robin, Batman Forever, The Dark Knight and to Dick Tracy.
